Shillong, Dec 17:In trying to address to the issues, concerning the customers having their transaction in the United Bank of India, UBI Chairman and Managing Director Bhaskar Sen paid a one-day visit to Shillong to meet with the customers present in the state at a special gathering organised at hotel Polo towers here on Monday.
Addressing the customers meet, Bhaskar Sen informed of the various problems encountered by the bank in terms of financial assistance.
Apprising them of the problems Sen said that the bank is not very hopeful to show spectacular performance but it is hoped that the growth will be at par or slightly above average in the country as a whole in the years to come.
Meanwhile, an interactive session with the customers was held whereby they shared their opinion and gives their feedback on the problems they faced as customers. (SP News)
