It is not known now why the applicant is bent on having gazette copies of this Act, when original copies was sign by speaker and governor President were made available to her .it may be mention to here that, only 400copies of gazette notification of each act are publish ang printed by the directorate of printing and stationery , Meghalaya and the same  are naturally bound to get, exhausted  after lapse of time . The department to tide over the shortage of gazette copies, have been printing collection of act  every year through the directorate  of printing and stationery.
