Shillong March 04: Dr Mukul Sangma will take oath as the chief minister of the state tomorrow at the Raj Bhavan. He will take oath as chief minister alone and the others ministers will ba taking oath after they have swear in as members of the Meghalaya Legislative Assembly.
Sources told SP News Agency said that if the swearing in is only for the Chief minister alone it cannot be call the government since the constitution clearly mention there should be a council of ministers which include the chief minister and at least one minister to form the government. (SP News)
