Shillong,Nov 29:The People Candidate Forum (PCF ) today officially announced at the Shillong Press Club that Dr PBM Basaiawmoit will be the candidate for the forth coming Lok Sabha election due early next year 2014 from the 1-Shillong Parliamentary Seat.
Addressing media person Dr Basaiawmoit said that he yet to take the decision but he has already tour around into the length and breath of the constituency to hear the police voice on the issued that he would like to contest in the coming MP Election in 2014.
The general secretary of the PCF said that in the meeting that was held today they have discuss at length on the coming MP election and they have come to the conclusion that Dr Basaiawmoit is the only candidate who could take ong the Congress candidate in the coming election.
Others political parties who have affirm their support to the condature if Dr Basaiawmoit are, the KHNAM, HSPDP. (SP News)
