Jowai, June 27: Due to the short circuit seven people die on the spot in Khliehriat under East Jaintia Hills District, of Meghalaya.
The seven people are, Mrs Rosmary Bamon 26 years, Miss Sani bamon 8 years, miss Anita Bamom 12 years , miss Bhapaia bamon 10 years all of them are daughters of Mr Well Dkhar of Lawmyrchiang Village.
Others who die due to this short circuit are Mr Lastingson Rumbai 27 years son of P Dkhar and mr Heimonmi pdand 1o years, miss Lumlang pdang 6 years both were son and daughter of Mr p rymbai from pynurkha village.
The police said that the reason is due to short circuit and the matter is under investigation. All the death body were taken to Community Health Center at Khliehriat for completing official formality.(SP News)
