Shillong, November 08: The Deputy Commissioner of East Khasi Hills Shri Sunjay Goyal said that the Election Photo Identity Cards of 2007 is still valid. Thus cards can be used for mobile connection and others official purposes. The Deputy Commissioner said that he has explained to all headmen who come to seek clarification on this regards. (SP News)
