Shillong, March 03: On 27th Feb 2013, BSF personnel of STC Churachand Pur, Manipur arrested one tout namely Tapas Sarkar ,s/o Neranjan Sarkar, r/o po/ps-Vishal Garh, Sipijala (Tripura) who was involved in forging official documents and cheating youth by luring them with promise of jobs in BSF. Nineteen youths are also rescued from the clutches of this person.
During search, several forged documents, including forms appointment letters and Mobile phone (02 Nos) were recovered from his possession. He had taken Rs. 8000 – 10000 from each youth, promising them for a job in the BSF.(SP News)
