Shillong, Feb 14: The Meghalaya Youth Foundation (MYF), in collaboration with the Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR), Umiam had organized a one day Farmers Training Programme for 100+ farmers cum Distribution of Agricultural outputs to farmers of Synniasya Village.
The one Day Training Programme was conducted by Renowned Scientists of ICAR which include lectures and demonstration on varying topics and themes relating to farming, beekeeping, Soil nutrition, etc.
Agricultural outputs that has distributed to farmers of Synniasya village include Tomato Seeds, Cabbage Seeds, carrot seeds, bee hive boxes, fertilizers, etc.(SP News)
