Shillong, Sept 18: The police today has arrested four KSU activist who were allege that they are involved in burning truck at Laikor area during the agitation. The police said that they have arrested them base on evidence that is available with them.
The arrested activist are, David Nongkhlaw, Lamborlang Lyngdoh, Baianeh Wankhar, Kironstar Mawri all are from Laitkor peak area. According to police they are all school dropouts.
The Police said that all of them are labourers . These four people are arrested as they were pelting stone at Laikor area during the agitation period.
In another incident unknown miscreant burn the haystack at Pynthorbah. The haystack belong to Sunilal Raid and Kallu Ray. The incident occoured at aroung 3.30 in the early morning today. (SP News)
