Shillong, June 15: The Chancellor of the CMJ University Mr CM Jha today form his hideout shout his clarification letter to the Chief Minister of Meghalaya Dr Mukul Sangma and his cabinet colleague on the advice of the governor to the state government that the matter should be handed to the central Bureau of Investigation if the CID fail expiate the matter.
The clarification letter sent to his standing counsel advocate SP Sharma to deliver to the Chief Minister and to others minister in the government. The five page letters Jha has clarified many thing about the charges made by the visitors.
Advocate SP Sharma while addressing the media at Shillong Press club said that he is only an advocate for the University and not paid salary his duty is to take up matters in the court that his client asked him to do so. In this regard also his duty is just to hand the letter to the government what Mr Jha has asked him to do so. He has connection with the University.
When asked why Mr Jha is evading law, advocate Sharma said that as long as the legal option is their he triad to take all legal measure but if not he will surrender before the law. Advocate Shamra said that he did not know where about Mr Jha but he received this letter through an email.(SP News)
