Government of Meghalaya has not decide on the MBBS Course

 

Shillong, May 22: The minister in-charge health Mr AL Hek said that the government has not taken any decision on the MBBS course after the Supreme Court ruling. The government will take decision with the matter is clear.

Speaking to SP News Agency over phone from Guwahahti the minister said that, what the aspirant candidate has to pass the NEET exam so that he will be eligible for the study on the MBBS course.

Answering to query about the reservation policy which the state government follow on the 40% from the Khasi-Jaintia and 40% for the Garos,5% for the OBC and 15 % for the General the  minister said that they are yet to take the decision after the Supreme ruling.

The question of getting seat on the merit of their exam is at staked because the candidate has to pass the exam. The examine for the NEET exam is conducted on the 5th of this month but they have to wait for the result.(SP News)
