Shillong, Nov 13: The Awards were given away by P. Chidambaram Finance Minister and Montek Singh Ahluwalia, Deputy Chairman, Planning Commission, amidst a huge gathering of distinguished dignitaries.
GVK EMRI qualified amongst India’s Best-2013 and was nominated for its significant corporate contribution to India’s growth post liberalization. GVK EMRI was conferred Skoch Platinum Award for Corporate Excellence and outstanding contribution to the cause of Nation Building.
Both Chidambaram and Shri Montek Singh Ahluwalia expressed deep appreciation of the life saving work of GVK EMRI which is giving citizens across 16 states in India a right to safety during any emergency.
