Shillong, August 18: The Chairman of the Imson Football Club, Nongmynsong Justice Hahshah said that the mission of the club is to keep an opportunity to the rural youth to show that they are not less than anybody else if they are taken to the proper platform to train them.
The Club will take on Lawmali Football Club tomorrow at Polo on the First Division game. The Chairman of the Imson football Club said the team will perform their best and if they win in the tomorrow match the club will be illegible for the Supper Division.
Speaking about the players in the Club, Hahshah said that all of them are local boys from the rural areas, they did not have any one from outside, and the motto of the club is to train the rural youth.
The players who are in the club are mainly from West Khasi Hills, South West Khasi Hills, Ri Bhoi and East Khasi Hills. Hahshah said that if our local boys are given an opportunity to train them they are not less than any body else.(SP News)
