Shillong, March 19: The patients from Mawsynram area which fall under Mawsynram Community Health Centre said that the 108 Ambulance kept at the CHC to take patients from that area to Shillong for treatment where asking money from patients.
Villagers who where taking the services of the 108 thought that the government is providing them free with out any cost.
When the SP News Agency contacted the office of 108 about the fair that they where charging from patients, from the office they inform that the serveries of the 108 is for free, the office will investige the mater and action will be taken.(SP News)
