Jowai, May 30: The Administrative Officer (AO) of the JHADC, while reacting to the complaint lodged by the AJYWO Central (G) Body, recently, against one Nepali, who claimed himself to be the Headman of Umthe Village, a colony that falls within the jurisdiction of the ELaka Sutnga, has sought a clarification from the Daloi of Elaka Sutnga on the matter.
The AO of the JHADC in her letter dated:Jowai, 30th May, 2014, bearing the N:JHADC/POL/9/2014 addressed to the Daloi of Elaka Sutnga, has instructed the Daloi to furnish a clarification based on the complaint lodged by the AJYWO Central (G) Body, against that Nepali who claimed himself tobe the Headman of Umthe Village. The AO further stated in her letter that the Daloi of Elaka Sutnga has to submit the clarification to her office within a period of 15 days from the date of receiving the letter.
Mentionably, the AJYWO Central (G) Body, a Jaintia based social organization, under the leadership of Mr M H Dkhar its President, on the 12th May, 2014 had lodged a complaint with the CEM of the JHADC, Sri Thombor Shiwat against one Nepali who claimed himself as the Headman of Umthea Village.(SP News)
