Shillong May 15: During my recent visit and interaction with officials of the Karnataka State Planning Board, besides other valuable information that was shared relating to the effective ‘Scheme Management System’, technology being considered by the Karnataka State Government, which also has the mandate of the Planning Commission. It was also a pleasant surprise to notice that Official Gazette’s of the Karnataka State Government are printed and published both in their local language and in English.
In this regard, please refer to our discussions relating to the possibility of the State Government and the Meghalaya Legislative Assembly, publishing the many Acts, Rules and Regulations in the Meghalaya Gazette in both English and the local vernacular for the benefit of our citizens.
I am attaching a copy of The Karnataka Scheduled Castes Sub-Plan and Tribal Sub-Plan (Planning, Allocation and Utilization of Financial Resources) Bill 2013 passed by the Karnataka Assembly during 2013, which is printed in both Kanada and English Language for your reference.
