Shillong, Jan 3: To herald the New Year 2013, the Meghalaya Tourism will organised colourful Kite flying festival called the Lasubon Kite Flying festival on Saturday at the Shillong Golf course from 11 am onwards.
Reputed professional kite flyers from various kite flying association of the country is expected to participate at the festival.(SP News)
