Shillong, Jan 07: Shillong Lajong Juniors lost to Bhawanipore Football Club in the penalty shoot out by 3 – 1, in the 62nd Bharat Ratna Lokopriya Bordoloi Trophy Football Tournament Semi Finals on Tuesday.
The full time score before the tie-breaker was 3 – 3. Even though the young boys lost the semis, they displayed an impressive performance against a big side as they promise to be the future stars of Lajong.(SP News)
