Shillong, May 27:The BJP candidate of Shillong Parliamentary constituency Shri Shibun Lyngdoh thanked the people of the constituency for their enormous support to the party in the recent concluded Lok Sabha election. “Even though I have not been able to win but you have entrusted me and the party an responsibility to work for the cause of people” Shri Shibun Lyngdoh said that he is committed to the party and its leaders in all level and assured them to work for the party.
Meanwhile the State Party unit have congratulated Shri Narendra Modiji today for being the Prime Minister of the country and also thanked him for including Shri Sarbananda Sonowal and Shri Khrien Rijiju from North East his ministry. The State unit also congratulated Shri Khrien Rijiju (who is also the incharge of Meghalaya BJP) into the Union Council of Mininistry.(SP News)
