Meghalaya police arrested a Bangladeshi with 2.70 lak Taka from Police Bazar

Shillong, June 21: The Meghalaya police after a long surveillance  on the movement of one person  know as Md Bulbul Islam 23 today they have arrested him from Police Bazar Shillong and from his procession they have ceased 2.70 lak Taka in Bangladesh currency.

In the preliminary investigation the police found that Mr Bulbul Isamla hail from Pratappur Goiinghat  of Shyllet District of Bangladesh.  The police was trapping him for long time in connection of  circulating fake currency note in the India territory.

The police  also ceased one mobile phone, four India Sim Card acquired from Kashimir and two Bangladeshi sim card. The police is integrating if he is link to any militant outfit  in north East.(SP News)
