Shillong,january,18: Meghalaya Tourism was awarded the ‘Best Stall’for projection and display at the recently conclude travel and Tourism Fair held at Chennai convention centre from 10 -12 january 2014.
There was 160 participant from the travel and trade industry which include 16 state tourism Department and 10 International countries .Large number of people visited the Meghalaya tourism stall ,where first hand information could be provide together with promotional publicity material .there was a good coverage on Meghalaya by the print and electronic media of Chennai.(SP News)
