Shillong, June 28: The BJP Meghalaya Unit has come up with a strong blow against the Congress led MUA II coalition government as it fail to provide peace and security in garo hills.
While reacting strongly on the statement made by the chief minister that the migrant labourers left Garo Hills based on the advisory issued by the state government BJP general secretary Dipayan Chakraborty said that it is the responsibility of the government to ensure peace and security in the state.
Chakraborty also said that the law and order situation in Garo Hills has gone from bad to worst since the MUA II government came to power
Chakraborty also said, “Peace must be brought back to Garo hills at any cost.”(SP News)
