Shillong, Sept 01: Today at around 7.45 pm unknown miscreants throw two petrol bombs at the CrPF camp at Mawlai bridge. It was thrown from Jaiaw Lumsyntiew, in this connection four person were pick up for interrogation.
In the incident no one is injured or damage to live or property, the police strongly belief that the handi work was done by the NGO’s who sponsor the twelve hours band tomorrow, this cannot be rule out.
The police also say that this is a rare incident when it took place on Sunday in which a criminal act is taken place.
From the district administration has taken all possible steps to see that normalcy is maintained at all cost. The security has been tighten in the capital Shillong to see that no untoward incident will take place.(SP News)
