Shillong, June 04: The Meghalaya police after getting a complain from one woman that one army personal from Assam Riffle viz., Nk. U368027N Daohalu Boro of Assam Regiment, Shillong, had molested her while she was on the way from Butcher Road to Anjalee, Shillong. The plice has arrested the accused.
In another incident the police of Williamnagar has arrested five dacoits, Ronit M. Marak, Bickram D. Sangma, Lastborn Ch. Marak, Kilberth G. Momin and Smt. Danisha D. Sangma from Samanda and Williamnagar East Garo Hills .From their possession the police also recovered and seized one pistol from the back of Kilberth G. Momin.(SP News)
