Nongpoh July 02: The police of Ri Bhoi District has arrested eighteen members of the organization Ri Bhoi Youth Federation in conection with the trespass case under Nongpoh Police Station.
The police has arrested them in connection with the case related to the closure of shop belong iing to the MUDA at Byrnihat area on Monday. The arrested person include, Ashibat Moksha (30 yrs), Ranpit Thangkhiew (32 yrs), Stanbor Kurbah (18 yrs), Franky Kylla (30 yrs), Shanbor Kurbah 22 yrs), Lamphrang Kurbah (22 yrs), Pynbiang Dkhar (22 yrs), Klus Kharbani (30 yrs), Bantei Mawiong (19 yrs), Shaimon Nongphlang (18 yrs), Johny Mawiong (22 yrs), Paul Nongsiej (22 yrs), Bantei Makri (28 yrs), Shimbor Hing (23 yrs), Nong Makdoh (21 yrs), Subarson Rangslang (40 yrs) Bordingstar Nongbsap (30 yrs) and Heading Thangkhiew (30 yrs.).(SP News)
