Shillong, May 22: The police of Shillong city today at around 1 am, three persons namely Richard Warjri, Kailash Sharma and Wakil Sunn were arrested by Police on suspicion of dealing in fake Indian currency notes.
Later, the house of Richard Warjri at Mawiong Umjapung, Shillong was raided and seven bundles of fake Indian currency notes of Rs. 1000 denomination inserted with plain papers and three bundles of plain papers in the size of Rs. 100 denomination were recovered and seized.(SP News)
