Shillong, June 02: The Meghalaya police has raided several area in the capital Shillong where they have suspicious that liquor was sale illegally.
In the raid the police has arrested Smti Darihun Malngiang, Smti Dari Lyngdoh from Umkaliar, Mr Chodan Lamo, Smti Plamo Dome, Shri J Kharkrang, Shri H Jyrwa, Smti Sohandra from Bara Bazar.
The liquor that was sized from different place of the capital was 2.18 lakh litters. The police has form a special cell to conduct raid in thus places where they suspect that illegal liquor was sale.(SP News)
