Shillong, Sept 27: Dr Mukul Sangma Chief minister said those pressure groups who are demanding for the implementation of the Inner Line Permit are behaving like militant group.
The Chief minister said that Bandhs, agitations, which let to destruction of government and public properties has created fear among the public is equivalent to like what the militant group organization are doing. Citizen need to condemn such activates which reflect their violent behavior.
Its strange to see that many time they have alleged that the government is acting like a dictators and trying to imposed, but the chief minister said that if somebody who is trying to force people not to come out, some one who is trying to create fear psychosis by violent and militant activities, is that a democratic course.
The Chief minister said that he belief what the government is doing is in the right track in tackling influx and illegal immigration, these people who are agitating they know about it, said tha chief minister.
The citizen of the state dose not like to have this type of situations, no body like bandhs cauple with violence. At the end all are claiming that they are concern about the state and its future. Meghalaya will flourished if agitation are stop, these thing should be stop.
The Chief minister said that patience is needed and have faith and confidence that how democracy work and allowed the state to grow said the Chief minister.
The Chief minister said that the stand of the government is always reflected in a transparent manner and they have not hide anything and the government will continued in the days to come.(SP News)
