Shillong, August 08: The qualified unemployed youth who has pass their examination conducted by the District selection committee who are not yet received their appointment today stage a demonstration in form of the office of the Directorate Health Department at Upland Road Shillong.
Mr T Mylliempdah one of the affected person who has pass the DSC said that all department when ever the DSC recommend they accept but only the DHS who refused to accept that is why today they have stage the protest against these department.
While answering to quires Mr Mylliempdah said that the government has extended the period for sixth month and it will end on the on the month of October but their demand is that they want that all thus who has pass the DSC exam should be appointed all.
Acording to the RTI that they have received all the vacant post in the DHS are 69 but the department has rejected what the DSC has recommended if the DHS has accepted the qualified person who has pass the DSC will be reduce as of now which are yet to get their appointment is 145.(SP News)
