The framework focuses on building curricula, designing appropriate training and ‘testing methods, and provides international certification as per standards set by the certification partners. The India Centre for Migration (ICM), a registered society under the MOIA is the lead organization for the project and the International Organization for Migration (IOM), a leading inter-governmental organization in the field of Migration is the implementing agency.
