Jowai, June 07: The two day 26th District Level Industrial Exhibition organised by the office of District Commerce & Industries Centre, Jaintia Hills
District, Jowai was today inaugurated by S.S Syiemlieh, Additional
Deputy Commissioner, West Jaintia Hills District, Jowai at Marianhill
Higher Secondary School Playground, Jowai.
Speaking on the occasion S.S Syiemlieh said this exhibition is an
excellent platform for the local artisans to showcase their talent
besides selling their products, it is also a place where customer
relationships are expand helping the entrepreneurs to create a better
network and enhance their productivity. He at the same time encourage
the youths to take advantage of the schemes available in the
Industries department.
The welcome address was delivered by S.Pasweth, General Mamger, DCIC,
Jowai while the function was chaired by A.War, Manger, DCIC, Jowai and
the vote of thanks by G.Langstieh, functional Manager, DCIC, Jowai.(SP News)
