Shillong, March 30: The Top leaders of ANVC.B have ordered its cadres to return to its base at Eden Bari as the election is round the corner and leaders intend to avoid any untoward incident that could disrupt the forth coming election.
In a press release issued by the outfit said that the Government have failed to finalise the camps in spite of series of reminders.
The outfit has also added saying this delay on the part of the Government raises speculations on intentions of the State Government.
In a statement the outfit alleged that it is ironic that the State Government responded promptly to GNLA threat but disregarded the finalisation of camps for ANVC.B cadres. Such delay is bound to frustrate the ANVC.B cadres and scatter them further thus creating confusion and giving rise to more splinter groups.
Moreover, there is constant provocation by different agents who claim to be policemen. The District Authorities are hereby requested to look into this matter and acknowledge presence of ANVC.B at Eden Bari, the outfit said.(SP News)
