The ANVC(B) denied its its involvement in Saturday blast at Tura

Shillong, Jan 12: The ANVC breakaway fraction has denied its involvement in Saturday night AOC blast.  In an email statement, the outfit has alleged, ” ANVC.B denies involvement in the AOC blast.

We suspect Police and ANVC’s involvement in the blast. This is a desperate act of Tura Police to create a scenario where they could hunt and kill us. SP Mukesh Kumar Singh can do illegal things in the name of the Law.

The killing of B cadres is a “fake-encounter”.” ANVC B leader Doang D. Shira added saying, ”  ANVC.B cadres were tied to a tree and killed in cold blood by police. One cadre escaped with bullet injuries.

There are no arms, explosives and cache in the camp, if police claim they found anything than it is all planted by police. Police should have provided photographs in media to substantiate their claim.”  Pointing towards ANVC’s involvement in the blast, the outfit leader said,

“ANVC’s involvement cannot be ruled out as all petrol pumps are manned by ANVC cadres. It is easy for them to create a scene with little blessing from the Police.” (SP News)
