Jowai, July 28: The Jaintia Student Union (JSU) in reply to the request by the Chief Minister Dr Mukul Sangma and the Deputy Chief Ministwer Dr R C Laloo said that they want from the government that the assurance made by them should be in written.
In the press release issued by the JSU today that the Union will take the decision only when the government give them the assurance in writing and it should reach by tomorrow so that the Union can take the decision to with draw or not to their 22 hours band that they have call.
The JSU welcome the government request but at the same time government do not honour their promised what they have made and the Union has come a crossed where promised are not kept by he government that is why they want in writing and issued the notification that blood bank will be kept at Jowai.The JSU will meet tomorrow at Jowai to take the final call.(SP News)
