Shillong, Feb 02: The Arunachal Pradesh Student Union studying in the capital Shillong today took up the peace rally in the street of Shillong in protest aginst the murder of Nida Tania in the national capital New Delhi.
Hundreds of people gather at the Arunachal secretariat near Anjelee petrol pump from where they march along the street of Shillong via police bazaar and culminated at the Arunachal Bhavan in cleave colony.
The ASUS in the peace rally carrying the banner having the picture of late Nida Tania and demanded for justice that action should be taken against the culprit.
In one of the placards it was written that Delhi police murders, in other placards write we are Indian, the student from Arunachal Pradesh demand that the police should arrest the murder and action should be taken as per law.
The peace rally organized today by the Arunachal Student was supported by the others students organization of the North East.(SP News)
