The BSF nabbed an Indian FINC racketeers from Borsora

Shillong, Nov 18: The BSF posted at the Borsora in South West Khasi Hills apprehended one Indian who involved in fake Indian currency note, the BSF identified him as Shaphrang Mastor 42.

The BSF said that  they caught him while he was trying to infiltrate into India from Bangladesh with fake Indian currency. During search of apprehended person, BSF recovered FICN of face value Rs. 20,000/- and one mobile with two SIMS (one Indian, one Bangladeshi) from his possession.

The seized FICN was being smuggled from Bangladesh and was meant for circulation in the Indian market. BSF is keeping a strict vigil/surveillance and having effective intelligence network along the India-Bangladesh border to nab the FICN racketeers.

Apprehended person, with seized items, handed over to Police Authority for further investigation.(SP News)
