Shillong, August 12: Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd. (BSNL), Shillong one of the GSM service providers in the country on Monday inaugurated its 3rd customer care centre at Rynjah, Shillong.
Speaking at the inauguration ceremony, DP Singh (ITS), Chief General Manager Telecom, expressed delight at inaugurating yet another customer care centre. He said that, BSNL would like to increase their customer service centres so that customers will not have to walk far to a service centre.
For his part, the DGM said that customer care centres are purposely meant to address customer concerns. He urged customers living around the area to utilise the centre for their own benefit whilst encouraging them not to hesitate to lodge complaints, as this can only make BSNL work harder to serve them better.(SP News)
