Jowai, August 18: The Chief Executive Member of the Jaintia Hills Autonomous District Council (JHADC) M Rymbai admint that the construction work of the Iew Mawsiang in Jowai is slow. From the District Council has treid tier best to persuade with the contractor to speed up the work.
The re-construction of Iew Mawsiang in Jowai is funded by the central government form the NLCPR. Since the market is on the heart of the Jowai town the JHADC wan to see that the construction work is completed in time. (SP News)
