Shillong, Oct 07: The CSWO is shocked to read the statement of the CM Dr Mukul Sangma, who already is in judgment about the NGO’s when he himself has been protecting those who have been indulging in anti-Government activities, being raised time and again by the NGO’s. said the president in her press statement.
The CSWO alleged that the Chief minister is still garlanding, the scammers of the Teachers white ink application scam, ICDS scam, IAS officers involved in land grab scam, (allotting to themselves Govt land at Re 1 per sq ft) NST land grabbing forgery, ( most lands sold by Power of attorney where bogus land owners with no land documents issuing the POA).
The CSWO also said that fake encounter specialists like M.K.Singh, Chacko, who kills and shoots youth without giving them a chance, the CGI sheet scammers, Fake Chakki Mills (allotment in dead people’s names) scamsters, PDS dealers in connivance with supply department, (providing BPL in dead people’s names, and also providing rice in every load to the village a bag or two bags of rotten rice), those who milk through the MHIS scheme (patients, who make cash payment by mistake to the Hospital are never reimbursed by the Hospital, though the insurance claim is deducted), retired officers from Social Welfare going to Meghalaya House and claiming to be officers, and the various adhoc appointees in the State, etc.
These scams are prima facie evidence yet his people in Governance are restrained from taking action but are forced to take action against NGO’s on mere suspicion. The Police Department should be informed that they serve not the Politicians and the many corrupt bureaucrats, but swore allegiance to protect the State, that is the People.
The CSWO is against the actions of the Police who pick up Youth on mere suspicions, when the very police do not dare pick up the scamsters with prima facie evidence. It is also strange that the BSNL Godown having materials worth crores is unguarded, and this can be one of the ploys to be able to bring unrest, and it may also be informed to the public that the BSNL is also very much with the police in illegally tapping calls of individuals, press people, and against those who fight terrorism by Government.
The CSWO would again like to clarify that there was no procession taken out by the two organizations on the 25.9.2013, and some women were walking towards Mothphran as they had to go home. Some people took advantage and the police and the Magistrates present should have provided the buses down at the Students field and not at Mothphran. Some of the media should refrain from writing that there was a procession taken out by the women organization, and should not mislead the people of the State said Mrs Agnes Kharshiing.
The CSWO would like to clearly clarify that the Organization will not condone violence of any form neither from themselves, the Government or any other body, and the Organization also expects the rule of law to be equal, and law especially must be respected by the Legislators who passed these laws.
