Shillong, May 09: The state Criminal Investigation Department (CID) of the Meghalaya State Police on the 09 of this month has arrested the Deputy Registrar of the CMJ University.
The arrest of Mr Rai is to fine out where about of the Chancellor Chandra Mohan Jha. The CID take serious not of the FIR file by the governor secretariat for alleged fake degrees certificate.
The campus of the CMJ University in Shillong and Khanapara was zeal by the CID police. Earlier the BJP, the KSU has demanded that the case should be handed over to the CBI for further investigation.(SP News)
