Jowai, April 02: The Congress Legislature Party (CLP) of the Jaintia Hills Autnomous District Council (JHADC) today elected Mr Madonbai Rymbai MDC who represent the Amwi-Khlieh Tyrshi Constituency to be the new Chief Executive Member .
The out going CEM Mr Lambok Sumer told SP News Agency that he has resign as the CEM after the request from the party high command in the state level, with due respect to the party he gracefully step down from the post.
While answering to quarries, he said that Moonlight Pariat issued might be one of the reason, he also said that to topple his Executive Committee started in the month of December last year where nine of out of the 22 Congress MDC want his removal.
In the history of the JHADC Mr Lambor Sumer is the first CEm who resign with out facing tail in the floor of the House. Mar Sumer said that since he is a discipline party members he obey the direction given by the party leaders from the MPCC.(SP News)
