Shillong, Oct 09: The CSWO is not surprised with the tampered report, especially when it took the Govt 9 months to place the report in the floor of the house. The CSWO will approach the High Court, seeking a full CBI inquiry as the report, is definitely a tampered one, and would shame any Judge making such a report and it is fit to be torn. It cannot be that a seasoned judge would make a mistake of naming Kiewborlang Skembil as one of the escaped UTP’s when he was not in jail them, and miss out the name of Ramu Thapa who had actually fled with Fullmoon.
The English grammar too, is all out of line and this cannot be his report. The beginning of the report itself points that the judge is surprised that the Convenor SCAMOD, Agnes Kharshiing was not being a witness. The judge would know that the convenor SCAMOD was not in the scene but managed to bring out many evidences. This is totally a vindictive point and the Hon’ble (L) Retd Justice Rajkhowa would not have mentioned this.
The seizure list had clearly mentioned that the gun was seized from Fullmoon who was lying in an injured condition. He sustained 11 bullet injuries and all at vital parts of the body where no person can lie injured. This was a seizure list prepared when Fullmoon was caught alive and beaten up and then the seizure was made. It was only after he was unarmed was he shot. To think that crores of rupees of public fund spent, and to get such a report, where in spite of evidences of tampering of FIR’s, Arms and ammunition register( where the name of ex MP P.R.Kyndiah is still there in the original register), is unbelievable.
It is no surprise to the CSWO, that the people in Governance have tampered and are stooping so low, especially with the puppets around who cheat and hide and destroy documents, just to be able to thrive and cheat and hold on to their plump postings. They fail to realize that though Fullmoon is dead but the perpetrators behind this are still alive and they can create 10 more Fullmoon’s, and anyone’s child can be caught in this trap, where they dangle first money to the youth and then use them and then get them shot by their killer cops.
The very fact that the Govt kept on hold a report for 9 months after its release and to skip placing it in the first Assembly Session, and then come out with a report full of grammar mistakes and naming the wrong UTP’s who fled, shows that this report was definitely tampered. (SP News)
