Shillong, Oct 24th: The Deputy Commissioner (Supply), East Khasi Hills has informed that Rice under Annapurna Scheme for the month of July to September, 2013 has been released and will be distributed Free of Cost at the scale of 10 (ten) kgs per card per month through their respective Fair Price Shop Dealers.
