Shillong, Oct 07: The Division bench of the Meghalaya High Court today pronounced the ruling on the Public Interest Litigation (PIL) file by Tennydard M Marak questioning the schedule tribe status of the Meghalaya Chief Minister Dr Mukul Sangma.
