The militant outfit, GNLA demand CBI inquiry in the death of Balsan

Tura, May 23: The Garo National Liberation Army today blamed chief minister, Mukul Sangma for the extra judicial killing of Balsan Marak
and demanded a CBI or judicial probe into the whole affairs in the
next three days, failing which a two day bandh will be called in Garo
hills.

The outfit’s political affairs secretary, Bikdot Nikjang Marak in a

with links to militants. The killing of Balsan is a result of Lok
Sabha poll debacle, which has been staged by him”.
“This case must be handed over to the CBI. AIIMS should conduct
forensic test for Balsan”, said Bikdot.

The outfit refused to buy the medical report of district jail medical
officer, Dr. B C Paul. “Paul is involved in concealing and tampering
