Shillong, Nov 02: The Meghalaya Tourism Development Corporation (MTDC) ha leases their property on build operate transfer (BOT) the Crowbrough hotel at Khyndailad to Mr Lessly Shylla.
Sources closed to the MTDC said that Mr Shylla cannot transfer the property to any body with out the knowledge of the Corporation, all proposed plan by the lease has to inform the corporation.
In the agreement the Corporation has given a free hand to Mr Shylla to raised fund from the market in developing the hotels. It the duty of the lease to borrow from the market in order to complete the building if he required.
The Genenral manager of the MTDC told SP News that as per the agreement Shylla cannot transfer the building to any one else with out the knowledge of the Corporation, The MTDC know Lessly Shylla on the Crowborough Deal no one else. (SP News)
