Shillong, August 27: The NCP Meghalaya state Unit in their recent central executive committee (CEC) has decided to contest in all the three District council in the coming election due in 2014, said Sanbor Shullai president.
While informing this to SP News Agency he said that they have seek an appointment with the central leader to discuss on this issued and very soon they will be calling for the meeting, the day they got the appointment they will go to Delhi for the discussion.
The president also said that in the meting with the central body they will also discuss about the MP Election that is due in 2014. Mr Sanbor said that after they met the central leadership then they will come out with the strategic for the coming election both for the MDC and the MP.
Sources close to NCP said that they will contest the Tura seat but for the Shillong east the NCP may not contest. The clear picture will only get after the state president met the central leadership sources said.(SP News)
