Shillong, April 03; The Chairman of the North East Student Organization (NESO) Mr Samuel Jyrwa said that as the student organization they will write to the Delhi University why Alternative English was drop from their syllabus, since the people of North East are not knowing Hindi.
Speaking to SP News Agency he said that the Delhi University should understand that India is not a Homogenous State, people in India speak different languages it differ from region to region. The step taken by the Delhi University is the handiwork od some body just to denied the student of North East who want to take admission in the University.
The Organization has already foreseen the problems face by the student of this region that is why the organization earlier had written to all state government of the North East to take up with the central government that the various in the North East should have all the stream so hat student from this region will not seek admission for their further studies out the region.
Not only that the student are facing difficulties but the lost of money and the insecurity that they have to face. The fact of the action taken by the Delhi University speak volume that our political leaders of the region is lacking in their vision. (SP News)
