Shillong, Sept 15: The NGOs today announced their agitational programme to intensified their demand from the government to implement the Inner Line Permit in the state of Meghalaya.
The Vice President of the KSU Fredrick Kharmawphlang inform the media that the ten organisation has decided in their meeting that they will call for office picketing on the 17th and 19th and on the 20th their will be a 24 hours bnadh.
On the 17th the night road blocked will begin at 7pm till 5 am the next day and on the 19th the night road blocked will start at 9m to 5 am the next day. The organisation has skip the 18th of this month since on this day their is a Uniterain Day.
The Vice President of the KSU make it clear that their agitation is to demand from the state government that ILP should be implemented. He also make it clear that they did not demand the Chief Minister to step down.(SP News)
