Shillong, Oct 18: The Police of Mawsynram police station today have arrested the temporary clerk who at the MeECL officer for arson committed during the agitation by the ILP agitator.
The police have solved the problem by arresting Andy Blah 32, who is working as bill clerk in the office at Mawsynram. The police said that the intention of the arson is to destroy the evidence that he has misappropriate.
The money that was misappropriated was collected from electricity bill from the consumer of the Mawsynram area. The arson was commited to destroy the evidence of misappropriation. (SP News)
